If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or simply require a different size or design, contact us to arrange a return for your item or deliver the item back to our shop. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. We cannot return items that are custom made or have carvings engraved with a specific pattern or number. For products that are shipped, the customer must pay the return shipping fees in order to return their item.
There is a 10% restocking fee and the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Our items are shipped directly from our shop in Toronto, Canada. Take note that shipping quotes to the U.S. do not include applicable duties. You should expect to receive your order within 3-10 days in North America and approximately 2-3 weeks internationally after production.
Please inspect the contents of your package for damage prior to accepting and signing for it. This way your package could be eligible for freight damage claims if your item is in fact damaged during shipment. Please contact us immediately upon inspection and provide pictures if possible.
